Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams.
• Conduct process studies, troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Develop and audit BOPs for crystallization processes.
• Create SOPs and complete MOC to ensure documentation validity.
• Ensure SOPs comply with QMS and FSSC22000 standards.
• Lead RCA and continuous improvement projects (PDCA, Kaizen, SMED, LSS).
• Drive productivity, quality and cost improvements.
