Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated seeks a technically skilled engineer to support maintenance and operations, performing process studies, troubleshooting, optimization and data analysis to control key parameters. The role develops BOPs for crystallization, audits processes to QMS and FSSC22000 standards, and leads RCA and continuous improvement projects across the plant.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with five years of related experience, with expertise in crystallization,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any field) with five years of related experience.
• Experience with crystallization and chromatography processes.
• Strong skills in process design, optimization and project management.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and QMS compliance.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba and Master Data Governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to maintenance and operations, including process studies and optimization.
• Develop and audit Best Operational Practices for crystallization processes.
• Create and validate SOPs and manage MOC documentation.
• Lead RCA and continuous improvement projects (PDCA/Kaizen/LSS) to improve plant performance.
• Drive productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
