Job summary

The role emphasizes identifying improvement opportunities, applying engineering principles, and coaching teams to achieve higher performance in casting and related steel production processes. Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Material Science with 3–5 years in an industrial/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the area of responsibility.
• Develop and implement new or updated standards, structures, systems, and equipment.
• Coordinate improvement activities with the Area Manager and leadership teams.
• Lead CAPEX projects and analyze project data to improve performance.
• Coach and train employees on QIS methodologies and related tools.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance for improvements and processes.
