The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across design, quality, and production teams. This is an on-site, permanent position in Brookline, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with process improvement, CNC machining, 5S in ISO-regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.
• Utilize experience in CNC machining processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
• Implement process improvements using 5S and Lean principles.
• Ensure all processes comply with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design engineers to develop manufacturing processes for new products.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for all processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training to manufacturing personnel on new or revised processes.
