Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Shelton, CT operations. You will develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining and manual processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across production lines.

You will analyze processes, equipment, and planning methods to reduce cycle times, scrap, and costs while supporting Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives. This role requires collaboration with QA, engineering, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent education or experience.
• 4+ years in a CNC machining manufacturing environment with engineering and process support.
• Knowledge of CNC and manual machining, tooling, fixtures, and GD&T (ANSI Y14.5).
• Experience with MRP systems and production-related software.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining and manual manufacturing processes, including tooling and workflows.
• Improve cycle times, throughput, quality, and efficiency across production.
• Design and modify tools, fixtures, and equipment for accuracy and safety.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through process and equipment improvements.
