Jobot is seeking a Process Engineer in Brookline, PA to design, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes. The role emphasizes CNC machining, Lean practices, and 5S to boost efficiency and quality in an ISO-compliant environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across design, quality, and production teams. This is an on-site, permanent position in Brookline, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with process improvement, CNC machining, 5S in ISO-regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.
• Utilize experience in CNC machining processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
• Implement process improvements using 5S and Lean principles.
• Ensure all processes comply with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design engineers to develop manufacturing processes for new products.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for all processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training to manufacturing personnel on new or revised processes.

3. 3. Proven experience with process improvement, manufacturing processes, CNC machining process, 5S in an ISO regulated environment.
4. 4. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
5. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing process issues.
6. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. 9. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
8. 10. Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
