Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Automation Controls Engineer for the Advanced Manufacturing team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll define, deploy, and oversee control system architectures for automation across multiple production sites. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and reliability. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are required. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in packaging, food, pharmaceutical, or high-speed manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of experience/knowledge in Automation, Robotics, AGVs/AMRs.
• RIA Robotic Safety Training, Fanuc Education Certification, and Ignition Certification are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement PLC, HMI, SCADA, and robotic control standard architectures.
• Develop and maintain PLC programming standards.
• Support automation/vision system design reviews, risk assessments, and onsite commissioning.
