Job summary

MSD is seeking a Process Engineer to drive major capital projects from business case through commissioning and handover. You will lead integrated project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate CQV activities with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong GMP knowledge, vendor management, and experience in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment. Expect travel to support design reviews and FATs, with an emphasis on compliant, safe execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in packaging, process, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or automation.
• Minimum 5 years delivering capital and/or expense projects; experience in CQV and large capital projects preferred.
• Experience with project management, packaging technology, automation, or facility management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large capital projects independently or manage a portfolio of smaller projects.
• Develop project execution plans and ensure alignment with costs and schedule.
• Support feasibility studies, cost control, procurement strategies, and business cases.
