Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Petersburg, VA seeks a Process Engineer to support onboarding of new API programs and provide technical leadership for process implementation. You will help design, specify equipment, and drive continuous improvement in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry from an accredited university.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in engineering processes, design and operations support.
• Knowledge of process utilities and GMP concepts is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects with external vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support engineering projects from concept to start-up.
• Develop user requirements, process designs, and equipment specs.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and development activities.
• Contribute to safety, environmental, and quality programs.
