What You'll Do :

• Lead exciting process improvement projects and Kaizen events from start to finish
• Work in a machining environment and analyze production operations through time studies and capability assessments
• Develop and maintain detailed production routings and process documentation
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues, reduce scrap, and drive quality improvements
• Recommend CNC tooling and programming best practices to boost efficiency
• Design plant layouts, evaluate capital investments, and support equipment installation
• Help reduce downtime and improve workflow through smart preventive maintenance strategies
• Contribute to internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Be a critical voice in optimizing inventory use and reducing waste

What You Bring :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
• 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in a machining environment
• Strong skills in 3D CAD and reading complex engineering drawings
• A problem-solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement
• Great communication and collaboration skills - you're just as comfortable on the shop floor as in a meeting
