Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining ownership of all manufacturing processes to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production of plastic modular belting.
• Managing standards, formats, and filing of technical drawings for belt & chain assemblies, sprockets, accessories, and customized components, ensuring conformance with ISO requirements.
• Applying knowledge of conveyor OEMs, end users, and their applications to optimize manufacturing practices.
• Providing technical and product training across departments.
• Designing and fabricating custom tooling and fixtures to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Supporting maintenance and procurement activities with technical specifications and contacts.
• Communicating with global manufacturing locations to share best practices.
• Leading equipment-related CapEx projects, including technical analysis, specifications, and performance tracking.
• Drafting and maintaining plant layout drawings for workflow efficiency.
• Engaging in continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed and safety programs are improved.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual management (5S).
• Leading the implementation of Lean Principles and developing team members.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Materials, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Proficiency in CNC programming.
• Experience with 3D Printers.
• Computer and ERP experience (MS Office, SAP, etc.).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (yellow belt or higher preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and teach technical information.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Legal ability to work in the US.
