Senior Process Engineer

A leading chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Process Engineer to join the team and act as a leader for process engineering and project implementation at the site.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage capital projects directly with the process engineering and project management teams.
2. Supervise process design projects, ensuring all manufacturing processes operate efficiently and safely.
3. Create innovative solutions and implement systems to enhance efficiency and optimize all stages of service or production processes, from design to manufacturing.
4. Design cost-effective processes and equipment for product or service development and commercialization, staying within project budgets.
5. Suggest improvements or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other process aspects to boost efficiency and resource utilization, including labor, energy, and raw materials.
6. Enhance process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
7. Gather production data and use scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes.
8. Identify bottlenecks in processes and develop solutions to address them.
9. Lead or participate in incident investigations, providing advice on corrective actions.
10. Require a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
