Qualifications

• Mammalian cell culture and aseptic practices are required.
• Experience with bench-scale bioreactors and perfusion systems preferred.
• Background in high-throughput workflow environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document process-development studies on bench-scale/high-throughput platforms.
• Perform mammalian/stem cell culture activities with aseptic technique.
• Set up equipment, manage media, perform sampling and harvest operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment and workflows.
• Contribute to data records, reports, and protocols.
