Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry or Biochemical Engineering with 5+ years process development or bioprocess manufacturing, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in recombinant protein expression and purification, including chromatography.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize recombinant protein expression and purification processes for routine manufacturing.
• Design robust experimental plans and document outcomes.
• Identify CPPs and CQAs; document mitigation strategies.
• Plan and execute project deliverables; communicate status.
• Contribute to process validation, equipment and computer systems validation.
