Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop cell culture and purification processes for late-stage programs.
• Evaluate process robustness through characterization and testing.
• Transfer processes to manufacturing.
• Conduct mammalian cell culture experiments at various scales.
• Perform purification experiments (filtration and chromatography) at bench and pilot scale.
• Document data in lab notebooks and present findings to the team.
• Author technical reports and support regulatory filings.
• Contribute to technology development projects for reliability and efficiency improvement.
