Qualifications

• 13+ years related experience in scientific discipline
• 9+ years related experience with a managerial role
• Strong GMP and biotech product regulations knowledge
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Cell culture aseptic technique experience
• Bench and pilot scale cell culture experience (Ambr/Applikon/SUBs)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop scientists and associates; coach and manage performance
• Oversee project deliverables and timelines; manage risks and roadblocks
• Collaborate with Business Development on new opportunities
• Drive standardization and efficiency improvements in downstream operations
• Prepare data and technical documents; present to clients as SME
• Ensure training compliance and proper records management
