Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer in San Diego, joining the Global Engineering Organization to advance process development, validation, and implementation for mechanical and analytical test methods. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Supplier Quality to enable material characterization and production support.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, planning experiments, documenting results, and contributing to risk assessment and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with design of experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis in a regulated medical device environment.
• Ability to write clear protocols, reports and risk documentation.
• Experience applying root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support process and test method development for manufacture and testing of materials and products.
• Plan, execute, and document experiments to characterize new processes and test methods.
• Compile and trend data to define process variables and limits; support manufacturing and QA teams.
