Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's World Wide Engineering & Innovation (WWEI) seeks a Sr. Process Design Engineer to spearhead next-generation sortation systems for the NASC.

You will shapes end-to-end process designs for fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and transportation hubs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on automation, packaging technologies, and robotics, driving cost-effective, scalable solutions across facilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent.
• 5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Experience designing solutions for large, high-volume sorting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design initiatives for global sortation and transportation networks.
• Oversee end-to-end process designs for fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and hubs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver cost-effective innovations.
• Present strategic visions and roadmaps to senior executives.
• Drive safety, scalability, and cost efficiency in large-scale projects.
