Qualifications

• 5+ years of design & development experience in engineering contexts.
• Experience designing solutions for large, high-volume sorting operations.
• Experience managing engineering design projects.
• Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design initiatives for global sortation and transportation networks.
• Develop comprehensive equipment specifications, material flow, and site layouts.
• Create end-to-end process designs for fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and hubs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver innovations.
• Present strategic roadmaps and technical solutions to executives.
