Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the sortation and transportation network.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions quickly.
• Manage multiple projects and influence, negotiate, and communicate with partners, contractors and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects.
• Articulate a compelling business case with senior executives and drive the roadmap.
