Job summary

Manus Bio Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a Senior Process Controls Engineer to lead automation, PLC/DCS configuration, FAT and site commissioning. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and EHS to deliver compliant, reliable control solutions and mentor junior staff.

The role requires strong project management, hands-on experience with Rockwell, Siemens, DeltaV, and OSIsoft PI, and a deep knowledge of instrumentation and control loops within a biotech manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5–7 years in process controls or automation in manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital projects and site commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control loops.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing and commissioning of complex control systems.
• Own capital projects from scope to FAT and commissioning.
• Provide senior technical support to Production for control systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure GMP compliance.
