Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year applicable Engineering/Chemical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• Typically a minimum of 10 years relevant experience
• Working knowledge of industrial process control systems (TDC 3000, Experion, Integrity, IP.21, Optimizer, DMC3, HMI, Windows, networks)
• Strong organizational and communication skills; MS Office proficiency
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide daily process control systems support to keep the plant operations running.
• Be responsible for the industrial process control systems in the plant (TDC 3000, Experion, DMC3, RTO).
• Support maintenance and production on reliability issues and develop quality solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of Process Control/CSE Engineers and mentor staff.
• Set engineering priorities, standards and long-term reliability strategies.
• Work with maintenance, project engineers, purchasing and suppliers on upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership for plant projects from concept to construction.
