INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA is seeking a Technical Process Control Engineer for Chocolate Bayou Works in Alvin, TX. You will support daily unit operations, advanced DCS applications and projects across the site and PSO, acting as the site DCS and process control expert.

Lead FEL-to-completion for capital projects, provide QA of EPC deliverables, maintain process control standards, and mentor engineers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree + 10–15 years in Chemical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Control

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Control Systems is required.
• 10–15 years of experience in process control or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Honeywell DCS/Experion and alarm management.

• Lead FEL-to-completion for capital projects and interface with EPC teams.
• Provide QA of EPC deliverables and ensure process control standards are followed.
• Develop and maintain site process control procedures and runbooks.
• Mentor junior process control engineers and collaborate with operations.
