Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 0+ years of experience in process control engineering within refining/petrochemical or related industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, in an operations environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and maintain access to refinery areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hardware/software performance and respond to system alarms to correct problems.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate third-party contractors and vendor work on equipment.
• Lead Management of Change (MOC) on system hardware and software changes.
• Own system failure metrics and update problem reporting databases.
• Participate in incident investigations and risk reduction efforts to improve reliability.
• Support hardware/software design, testing, and implementation for new/updated systems.
• Provide ongoing application support and training for Process Control users.
