Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Knowledge of process safety management including hazard analysis, risk assessment, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient refinery operations.
• Monitor process conditions, equipment performance, and key parameters to identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency, energy use, product quality, and unit profitability.
• Troubleshoot upsets and equipment issues; implement corrective actions.
• Assist in design, startup, and optimization of equipment and systems (distillation columns, reactors, heat exchangers).
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to align production objectives.
