The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of healthcare operations experience and a strong proficiency with AI tools. Responsibilities include mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with client goals, with a minimum travel requirement of 50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with healthcare operations or enterprise software environments preferred.
• Adept with AI tools and enthusiastic about the convergence of technology and operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for use case business case quantification by identifying customer's objectives.
• Lead and mentor Forward Deployed Process Consultants.
• Collaborate to create product roadmap and implementation plan.
• Support training and change management plans.
• Provide leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging operational opportunities.
• Ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Support the development of KPI monitoring mechanisms.
• Minimum 50% travel required.
