Job summary
Tenth Revolution Group in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Process Control Manager to lead process control and automation across a manufacturing operation. You will provide technical leadership for control systems, data historians, alarm management, and process optimization while mentoring a team of engineers.
The role focuses on safety, reliability, standards, and project leadership from concept through startup, collaborating across operations, maintenance, and IT in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in industrial automation, process control, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience leading technical teams.
- Extensive experience with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems.
- Strong background in commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process control professionals.
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC and DCS control systems.
- Lead deployment and optimization of industrial data historian systems.
- Develop alarm management programs and ensure system reliability.
- Manage projects from concept through commissioning and startup.
