Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree.
• 8–10 years automation project experience, Life Sciences domain preferred.
• GMP, controls design, and facility start-up.
• Rockwell, Ignition, Servers.
• Batch/DCS recipe development experience.
• ControlLogix PLCs programming experience.
• Know regulatory standards: ISA S88, ISA S95, GAMP 5 & cgMP, 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA, data collection, historians & reporting.
• OO software development concepts and delivery.
• Virtual server-based control system architectures & network topology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team for design, configuration, and testing of control applications.
• Plan and coordinate work within project scope and budget.
• Provide solutions to customers with strong technical advisement.
• Travel to client sites for design, development, and start-up.
• Act as an automation Subject Matter Expert.
