A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience are required, with a focus on standardizing workflows and governance to strengthen accountability and coordination. Ideal candidates will collaborate with security, workforce, and analysis SMEs to ensure practical, sustainable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in process analysis and organizational improvement within complex environments.
• Proven ability to map workflows, roles and governance to identify inefficiencies and modernization opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with security and analytic SMEs to align recommendations with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in process analysis, organizational assessment, governance, and operational improvement.
• Assess workflows, roles, decision authorities, interfaces, and governance to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop current and future state process models and evaluate governance alternatives.
