Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain a specialized caseload including youthful offenders and various offender groups.
• May supervise other staff and participate in intake, court liaison, training and electronic monitoring duties.
• Provide guidance, goal setting and community supervision to offenders.
• Conduct field and office supervision visits and enforce supervision conditions.
• Develop structured treatment plans and monitor offender progress across education, counseling, and services.
• Maintain offender records and manage payment plans; document status and activities.
• Coordinate with judiciary, prosecutors, public defenders, law enforcement and service providers.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring devices and related systems.
