Job summary

The Florida Department of Corrections seeks a CORRECTIONAL PROBATION SENIOR SUPERVISOR for the 06-1 Clearwater Probation and Parole Office. The incumbent will direct and supervise probation staff, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with statutes and department policies while maintaining service excellence for the community.

This senior role requires strong leadership, evaluation, and coordination across units, budgeting, vendor interactions, and liaison with judiciary and law

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Certified in accordance with Florida Statutes 943.13.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise probation officers, senior officers, specialists and supervisors.
• Manage daily operations of a large office and ensure services meet statutes and policies.
• Review and approve investigations, reports, and court-related entries for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with judiciary, law enforcement, and other agencies to ensure program integrity.
