The Florida Department of Corrections DADE CITY Probation and Parole office is seeking a CORRECTIONAL PROBATION SENIOR OFFICER to supervise and manage a specialized probation caseload, including youthful offenders and drug offender supervision. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work independently and in stressful conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with offenders, families and stakeholders.

• Conduct field and office supervision visits and ensure compliance.
• Develop treatment plans and refer offenders to needed services.
• Maintain case records and document progress and encounters.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring devices when required.
