Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Washington State probate experience
• Working knowledge of court procedures for King and Snohomish counties
• Experience with TEDRA actions, GAL and SGAL procedures preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

• Open probates and obtain letters of administration
• Gather documentation, schedule hearings and client meetings with attorneys
• Draft pleadings and organize creditor claims
• Prepare annual reports and close probates
