The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication, and will assist attorneys, manage calendars, filings, and document drafting, while handling invoicing and estate planning support.

Qualifications

• Impeccable written and spoken communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) is required.
• Knowledge of probate paralegal work is desirable.
• Ability to perform a broad range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle probate tasks, including preparing routing draft documents and filing with courts.
• Assist with document signings and organize and maintain paper and data files.
• Assist with invoicing and manage calendars, deadlines, and estate planning documents.
• Support attorneys and act as a key person within the firm.
