This is a part-time, in-office role with some potential for hybrid work, 25–35 hours weekly with flexible hours. You’ll draft documents, file with courts, manage calendars, handle invoicing, and assist with estate planning tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Impeccable written and spoken communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational strengths.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Familiarity with probate paralegal work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle probate tasks, draft routine documents, and assist with signings.
• File documents online with courts and county recorders; maintain files.
• Assist with invoicing, calendars, and deadline tracking; support estate planning documents.
