Duties:

Represent clients in complex probate litigation, including will and trust contests, fiduciary disputes, and elder financial abuse claims

Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings with strategic depth and accuracy

Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

Collaborate with certified specialists, forensic professionals, and litigation support teams

Maintain thorough documentation and ensure meticulous attention to detail in case management

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys or litigation staff when applicable

Uphold professional standards and ethical advocacy in all client interactions

Requirements:

Experience in probate or trust litigation

Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently

Strong knowledge of California probate and trust laws

Exceptional writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills

Capacity to balance strategic vision with tactical execution

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Admission to the State Bar of California, active and in good standing
