The 16th Circuit in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Senior Court Clerk in Probate to manage case processing using an electronic filing system and apply applicable statutes and policies. You will interact with the public and provide excellent service while supporting judges and the division's operations.

Formación

• The minimum education is a high school diploma or GED with two years of administrative experience.
• Experience reviewing and processing court documents, filings, and docketing.

Responsabilidades

• Process case files and perform docket control.
• Review judgments, warrants, summonses, garnishments and executions.
• Manage financial records and monthly reports.
• Provide information to the public without giving legal advice.
• Prepare court orders, calendars, notices and reports.
• Assist with training of new staff.
• Swear in litigants and operate recording equipment.
