Job summary

KKR, based in the Boston area, is seeking a Senior Private Markets and Insurance Investment Operations Analyst within the ALPS team. The role supports day‑to‑day management, reconciliation, and oversight of portfolio positions across the Credit business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in loan operations, asset management, and fund accounting, with knowledge of private credit, middle‑market loans, structured products, or complex insurance structures helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years in Investment Operations or similar role in financial services.
• Experience with investment lifecycle, including cash management, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly close.
• Experience with complex products, SPVs, CLOs, private credit, or insurance structures.

Responsibilities

• Support full investment lifecycle in the Boston area, including trade and loan processing, GAV review, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Provide operational support during monthly and quarterly close.
• Oversee offshore teams and ensure processes meet controls and SLAs.
• Monitor cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams on new products and complex transactions.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with global teams and third‑party providers.
