KKR seeks an Analyst/Sr Analyst on the Investment Operations teams supporting KKR Insurance's specialty finance and transportation portfolio. The ideal candidate will multi-task under pressure with minimal supervision.

The role involves asset set up for new securities, ongoing asset lifecycle management, settlement coordination with custodians, and collaboration across internal groups, including Edge, Geneva and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' experience in general investment operations.
• Experience in private credit or equity deal funding is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit investments, especially bank loans or real estate.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and effective written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up SPVs to hold assets and facilitate securitization.
• Coordinate asset set ups with Portfolio Management and internal platforms.
• Manage ongoing asset lifecycle (remittances, pay-downs, coupons, updates).
• Review cash and asset movements across custody and trust banks.
• Interface with third party servicers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Identify process improvements and implement enhancements.
• Support complex asset structures and process automation.
