Job summary

KKR in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Private Markets and Insurance Investment Operations Analyst to join the ALPS team. You will support day-to-day management, reconciliation, and oversight of portfolio positions across KKR’s Credit business, working with Fund Accounting and Controllership during monthly and quarterly closes.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in Investment Operations within asset management or financial services, and experience with loan processing, GAV review, and cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Operations or related area within asset management.
• Experience supporting the investment lifecycle, including: cash management, reconciliations, and collateral events.
• Experience with complex fixed or variable rate income products, SPVs, CLOs, private credit, insurance structures, or SMAs.

Responsibilities

• Support the full investment lifecycle in Geneva, including trade/loan processing, GAV review, reconciliation, and month-end close.
• Provide operational support to Fund Accounting and Controllership during monthly and quarterly close.
• Oversee offshore operational support teams and ensure processes meet established controls and SLAs.
• Monitor cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams on new products, complex transactions, and portfolio onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with global teams and third-party service providers.
• Assist with other Investment Operations initiatives as business needs evolve.
