Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Investment Operations or a related function within asset management, fund administration, or investment banking (internship counts).
• Exposure to investment lifecycle concepts is a plus (cash management, actions, loan processing).
• Interest in institutional/alternative portfolio management and investment or insurance accounting solutions.
• Familiarity with Geneva, Wall Street Office, or OMS/EMS platforms is a plus, not required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and collaborative."
• Proficiency in Excel required; VBA/Visio/data visualization tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end investment lifecycle processing, including trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Maintain and resolve cash and position reconciliation exceptions daily.
• Provide fund accounting support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
• Partner with offshore operational support teams to ensure adherence to process controls and SLAs.
• Monitor and maintain position reconciliations across portfolios.
• Provide support to Fund Accounting and Controllership during monthly/quarterly close for accurate reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement across the Investment Operations group.
• Collaborate with KCS to provide SMA and client/reporting support.
