Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• 5+ years in investment operations, fund administration, accounting or portfolio reporting.
• Experience with private market investments (PE/Private Credit/Real Estate).
• Strong knowledge of capital calls, distributions, and lifecycle events.
• Experience with managers, custodians, fund administrators, and finance teams.
• Advanced Excel and experience with investment management or accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end private market investment operations lifecycle.
• Review, validate, and process complex investment transactions.
• Perform portfolio reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reporting.
• Collaborate with investment teams, custodians, and fund administrators.
• Monitor operational risks and support audit/compliance activities.
• Support valuation, performance reporting, and data quality initiatives.
• Lead or participate in process improvement and system enhancements.
• Maintain operational procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on operations processes.
