Job summary

Atlantic Group seeks a seasoned accounting leader to oversee the firm’s flagship private equity funds, co-investments, and related entities. You will manage the full reporting cycle, audits, and investor communications, ensuring accurate waterfall calculations and performance metrics.

The role calls for close collaboration with investment, finance, tax, and IR teams to support fund lifecycle activities and drive scalable processes across the platform.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of public/private accounting within private equity context.
• Experience overseeing fund accounting cycles and investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of capital calls, distributions, and waterfall mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, reporting, and infrastructure for private equity funds and co-investments.
• Own quarterly and annual fund reporting, audits, investor reporting, waterfall, and carried interest.
• Partner with investment, finance, tax, and IR teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage capital activity, including calls, distributions, allocations, and cash management.
• Provide accounting on complex investments, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and valuations.
• Serve as main contact for investors, auditors, tax advisors, and external partners.
• Drive enhancements to fund accounting processes, systems, and controls.
