A leading finance firm in Miami is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant responsible for managing fund accounting and financial reporting for private equity funds. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of private equity structures and capital activities, with over 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in private equity, hedge fund, or alternative investment accounting.
• Experience working with fund administrators and auditors.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and perform monthly and quarterly closes for private equity funds.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for funds.
• Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
