Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage NAV finalization and P&L reconciliation.
• Review management fees and ensure compliance.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Deliver monthly NAV estimates and fund forecasts.
• Support regulatory filings and investor reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Investor Relations, and Compliance.
