Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience at a fund administrator or within public accounting.
• Experience within private equity or exposure to private equity clients preferred.
• Understanding of various private equity investments and securities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review fund transactions, reconciliations, valuations, and capital call processing.
• Prepare financial statements including statement of operations and cash flows.
• Ensure correct accounting of investments and securities.

Skills

Understanding of capital call and distribution transactions

Knowledge of private equity investments

Experience with financial statements preparation

Understanding of financial markets

Education
