Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior Private Company Valuation Manager to lead the valuation of private equity and private credit positions for our funds.

You will prepare fair value conclusions, defend methodologies, and document processes for internal and external reviews. The role resides in Global Investment Operations and offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site and remote days, requiring strong technical skills, experience with complex capital structures, and attention to audit-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of total relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuations of private investments (private equity and private credit) held by the funds.
• Determine recommended prices and defend valuation conclusions with robust documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready valuation conclusions and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the valuation process and improve methodologies within a middle-office framework.
