Job summary

T. Rowe Price seeks a Sr. Analyst, Investment Liaison for Private Credit to coordinate the full lifecycle of private credit transactions, from pre-trade readiness to settlement.

You will collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, legal, operations, and external counterparties to ensure accurate documentation, timely execution, and post-close stabilization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in investment operations, private credit operations, or related financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transaction data, docs, and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams and external parties to resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of private credit transactions from pre-trade readiness to settlement.
• Review and coordinate transaction information including terms, entities, borrower details, funding terms, and documentation.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, trading, legal, compliance, operations, valuation, and data teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor open transaction items from prep through close and post-close stabilization.
• Serve as primary liaison with external entities to obtain deal documentation and ongoing support.
• Track missing or inconsistent information and escalate for timely resolution.
• Coordinate complex debt reorganizations, restructurings, and liability management events.
• Maintain deal trackers, control logs, and drive process improvements.
