Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New Jersey seeks a senior client strategist to independently lead complex client engagements, diagnose needs, and drive comprehensive risk management solutions across personal and commercial lines.

You will collaborate with the Placement team, prepare strategy meetings, and oversee coverage confirmations, policy details, and endorsements. A Property & Casualty license and 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word/Excel) and ability to create reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop strategy, engage clients, and coordinate with placement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy and service for large, complex clients across the company.
• Prepare for and facilitate strategy meetings with clients.
• Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analyses.
• Consult with the Placement team to optimize placement strategies.
• Oversee confirmations of coverage, policies, and endorsements.
• Coordinate and finalize policy checks and appraisals.
