Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager for EPIC Private Client in Chicago. You will provide exceptional service and advocacy to a private client group, act as trusted advisor, and collaborate with Account Managers, Private Client Associates, and leadership to grow the practice.

The role is full-time exempt with hybrid/remote flexibility and a base salary of $95,000–$115,000, plus potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; P&C Insurance license required.
• 5+ years client management experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office/Outlook.
• Sagitta and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Private Clients and act as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Private Client leadership, Account Managers and Associates.
• Lead renewal reviews and identify opportunities to add coverage.
• Mentor Private Client Associates and manage client relationships.
• Ensure timely responses and maintain confidentiality.
